4. Rewards Disclaimer

Any rewards, points, credits, or balances shown in the app are conditional, non-guaranteed, and subject to verification. Mintly reserves the right to approve, adjust, or decline rewards at its sole discretion.

5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service if we believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abuse, or any suspicious activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mintly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
