Reward Program Terms

These Terms govern participation in the Mintly Rewards Program ("Program").

1. Nature of Rewards

Rewards are earned through participation in activities within the app. All rewards are pending verification before becoming eligible for withdrawal or redemption.

2. Verification Process

Mintly may review any activity, transaction, or account at any time to ensure compliance with Program rules. Rewards may be delayed, adjusted, or canceled during this process.

3. Fraud Prevention

We use automated and manual systems to detect fraudulent, abusive, or non-human activity. This includes but is not limited to:

• Multiple accounts
• Emulator or bot usage
• VPN or location spoofing
• Suspicious engagement patterns

4. Reward Adjustment Rights

Mintly reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel rewards
• Adjust balances
• Reclassify or remove earned points

if we determine, in good faith, that activity is invalid or violates Program rules.

5. Payouts

Payouts (if applicable) are subject to minimum thresholds, identity verification, and availability of payment providers. Mintly does not guarantee payment timelines.

6. Program Changes

We may change reward structures, earning rates, or redemption options at any time without prior notice.
