Mintly is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform.

1. Prohibited Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake or multiple accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Manipulating tasks, surveys, or engagement systems
• Using VPNs or spoofing tools to misrepresent location
• Attempting to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities

2. Detection & Enforcement

Mintly uses a combination of automated systems and manual review to identify abuse patterns. Detection methods are proprietary and not disclosed.

3. Enforcement Actions

If abuse is suspected or detected, Mintly may take one or more of the following actions:

• Warning issuance
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Cancellation of pending or earned rewards
• Blocking access to future participation

4. No Disclosure Policy

For security reasons, Mintly is not obligated to disclose specific fraud detection methods, evidence, or internal risk assessments.

5. Protection of Platform Integrity

Any attempt to harm, manipulate, or exploit the system may result in immediate removal from the platform.
